I suppose I better explain the name...My Nan was a badass. A ball-breaker. A straight-talker. You know what she did during the war? She drove tanks around Sydney. What a woman.
She was so fierce that her friends even gave her a nickname. Terror. But to me, she always had a different nickname. To me she was the carrot cake queen.
She'd make this one recipe for me and Mum that we loved so much we'd eat it out of the bowl. So that's what this bar is, the best of the mixing bowl, stuffed into a bar.
This chocolate bar is inspired by my tank-driving, ball-breaking, cake-baking Granny. A recipe as awesome as its inspiration.

White Chocolate with Sweetener 96% (Sweetener: Maltitol, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Oats 2% (Gluten Free), Natural Flavourings (Carrot Cake Flavour, Nutmeg Flavour). Cocoa solids 33% min, milk solids 23.5%.
